Dog training involves inherent risks. While we use professional techniques and balanced training, Sit Happens Dog Training is not liable for:

Any injuries or damages caused by your dog before, during, or after training

Behavior regressions or outcomes outside of our control

Incidents involving third parties, animals, or property

Clients are responsible for supervising their dog and ensuring it is under control at all times.

3. Assumption of Risk

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dog training. You agree to hold Sit Happens Dog Training and its trainers, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and training materials, is the property of Sit Happens Dog Training and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

5. Service Terms

Cancellations & Refunds: There are absolutely NO refunds. If you choose to withdrawl from our program we do not refund. if you are not satisfied with the results from the program we again, will NOT refund. "We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows will be charged a no call no show fee.

Payment: All services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service.

Aggressive Dogs: We reserve the right to refuse services to dogs who pose a safety risk.
